This appliance has given us nothing but issues since the purchase. The warranty makes you jump through hoops to get the repairs completed and then only covers $200 of the labor cost. So far we have had to get the oven ignitor replace and now the control panel, just for the oven to work. Purchases under a year ago, not even 6 months. Will not purchase this brand again.

Still too early to tell if I'm 100% satisfied. I do like the coil burners and the sensi temp sensors. I don't use my oven much in the summer. I have purposefully used it just to make sure it's working. Things seems to take longer to bake at the required temperature and time, even after properly preheating. I'll know for sure when I start my holiday baking in a few months. One thing I do not like is how hot the rear burner gets when the oven is on. You cannot touch it or the sensor or you will get burned. I called the store where I purchased it and they assured me this was working correctly and the oven heat needs to escape. It seems odd to me that it would get this hot without triggering the hot stovetop warning. I guess this is just something I will have to get used to.

This electric range was what I was looking for - not a flat top. The burners heat quickly and stay at their temperatures throughout the cooking process. I like the number of racks in the oven. I find the warming drawer a little difficult to open.

'I am not a fan of glass top ranges so stick to coils ..!! This one is fine and dandy. The burners heat well despite the safety feature, the oven heats well, doesn't take long. I am happy with it, have not used the keep warm setting yet but will try when I need to. I am very satisfied.

The coil burners do not hold a temp. If I set it to high, it gets hot, then it cools down, so no consistency. The oven is set at 350° and sounds at what it says 350°, but in reality it is only 300°. It does finally get up to the proper temp, but does not brown or heat through to the center. I will not be keeping it.

This is the worst Range I have ever owned. It was installed on 2/17/26. Within the first 24 hours I realized that the oven was not getting to temperature. I set the oven to 350 and when it preheated, it was only 290. Few minutes later it got to 325. After an additional 30 min it got close to 350. I tried contacting Whirlpool within the "first 48 hrs" and was unsuccessful. I submitted a claim and a tech came out a week later and basically said the discrepancy (+/- 25 degrees) was within reason. I have spent the last week trying to figure out how to use this oven. I have to keep changing the temp to get it close to what I want. Even then it just doesn't seem reliable. Looking online, it appears that for short "bake" items (such as cookies), you need to let this oven heat up for at least 30 min to get to temp, after it has preheated. For things that require longer time, it should all work out.... I just cannot believe that this is how a brand-new oven works. My previous oven that was 10+ yrs old and leaked heat around the door worked better than this oven. I do not recommend this product.

I guess I™™m going retro- I bought a plain coil burner electric stove. The glass tops never get clean. The new stove heats up quicker, and is easier to clean. I™™m not a fancy cook- just the basics and this stove is great for that.

This is the second Whirlpool electric stove I have had and I am extremely satisfied with it. I looked at the glass top stoves but I frequently move items from the oven after baking or broiling to the stovetop using a metal burner cover. Since I don™™t have a lot of countertop space this is very convenient.

2 things I don't like: the timer sound is too quiet; is there a way to make it louder? I can't hear it and I'm always burning food. I guess I'll have to buy a separate timer to use when I'm using the oven. Also it takes too long for the burners to heat up.

We bought this electric range several weeks ago and we are still pleased with our purchase. Cheaper models didn't have a timer, clock, etc.,.and these are important to us. The safety feature of having a raised "plunger" on each burner so not not allow a burner to be on without a pot or pan on it complicated things, but we think it is a useful feature. Another safety feature is a "text" warning when burners are on and when they are cooling down. A final handy feature is that as the oven heats up, the temperature is shown _ taking the guesswork out of knowing when the oven will be hot enough for that pizza!

Only had it a couple weeks, so we can't give a long term used review. So far we like it other then the door handle where the paint was rubbed off from the box hitting it. I called Menards where we bought it and they said they was ordering us a new handle. If I have not heard from them in a couple weeks I will return the range, but that's a pain.

I don't know how to rate this purchase since the oven (which is why I needed a new range) wouldn't come to temperature. It took two hours to reach 320 degrees and never got any hotter. I called Home Depot (where I purchased it) They said that they could replace it on Saturday, (two days after Thanksgiving) or have a tech come out and do a repair on Tuesday. I opted for the repair, but on Monday I received acall saying that there was a mistake and I had to go through Whirpool and do a teletroubleshoot. They might be able to say what is wrong, but if I don't have the parts, what good is it. So now I have to roast a turkey, bake a ham and make sides to take to my parents house for Thanksgiving. So yeah, I am not overwhelmed. For the record I also have a Whirlpool Microwave and side-by-side refrigerator (out of waranty).that is having it's own freezer.issues. On top of all that, I got a call saying that the delivery is pushed to December 3rd. Wht would your response be.

The Owner's Manual is terrible. It spends all its time telling you how to avoid tipping and how to level the appliance. It says nothing about trouble shooting or how to use the appliance. You get a Quick Reference Guide but that shows little of the features of the range. I had to go online and call both of which wasted time and still did not get me what I wanted initially. I tried the Chat and they are only open during the week. Finally, I was able to download further tutorials. But why should I have to do that? Why don't they come with the appliance? For spending over $600, I was disappointed by the customer service from Canada and the United States.

I bought this about a month ago. Old GE range went bad. I thought I researched this enough but now am having 2nd thoughts. The drawer at the bottom of the range is warped and does not close properly. I have to call and see what can be done about this. Also, when I set the timer on the range, I have to keep putting in individual hits to get what time I want - cannot set in hours only minutes. Burners and oven and broiler work great.

We bought this range about a month ago and we are having difficulty adjusting to all the built in safety features. I was trying to boil a pot of water to cook pasta. I see the burner get red hot but before the water can boil the burner seems to turn down. I tried to look at the manual for a reason why this is happening but the manual that comes with the stove does not have instructions or an explanation of this safety feature. We also tried baking a cake and the oven seems to not hold the temperature you set it at. An instruction manual should be included with the purchase,

So far so good with it working. The burners sound like bells when they clang because are floors are uneven. The notification sound is a bit annoying too. I am still happy qith the purchase. It just taking a little getting used to how it works. Like making sure to hit the arrow each time the temp and timer are where you want it. Multiple time I've thought my oven was reheating and it never started because I dodn't hut the arrow.

I have used this since 11/18/24....up until last Friday, 08/29/25 and Wednesday 09/03/25, D-3 Service repair, I am not pleased at all! The oven is causing the circuit breaker to trip; D-3 Tech/company, Whirlpool, set up, for this Service, seems to think, it is the The Electricity, it is not; I had my Electrical contractor out, he will return but it is not The Power System; D-3 sent a text yesterday asking for a review, as a completed job, I texted back, when the oven is working, then ask for a review; prior to this, I would have given the stove a "5" and "1" at this time, is for the repair of the stove, so far

So far, so good. Main reason for 4 stars instead of five - handle (cap) for oven door latch while only 3 days of use ™popped off™ & rolled into the oven door, & I heard it roll all the way down. There is no way to retrieve that but also doesn™™t seem to affect anything else. So, aside from the oven door latch issue, I™™m happy with the range. Takes a little getting used to the digital ™sounds™ as they aren™™t very loud (which is fine by me) but someone hard of hearing might not hear it well enough. Overall performance is good. Surface top seems to get a lot hotter, (between the coils) but the digital readout does give a fair warning that it™™s ™hot™. And, it™™s not just hot, it™™s very hot.

I bought this stove after my second GE product stopped working. I wanted a basic stove/oven. So far, it is working perfectly. The oven and elements heat right up. I like that it shows when elements are on, and hot. I am glad the measurements were accurate. I have a 30" space for the stove, and it left 1/8" on each side.

I purchased this range one month ago. The oven works perfectly and so do two burners. The other two will not boil water or potatos or pasta. It heats red then shuts off leaving me to scramble to change the burner to one of the two that do stay on long enough for water to boil. I have tried calling but cannot reach a human to discuss this with. The range is brand new and should at least work out of the box. I hope for a response as the rest of the stove works very well.

I have had this stove for two years now. There are three things I don't like. It's an electric stove and in the center of the burners is a round, spring-loaded "button" that is strong enough that it will not let a lightweight pan sit flat, but actually tips the pan to the side. This is annoying when cooking things like eggs because the weight of two eggs does not overcome the spring pressure, the eggs go to the side of the pan. There was no mention of what this is for in the paperwork that came with the stove. In fact, no user's manual comes with this stove. The paper work included was all safety information. After calling the phone number in the papers, and talking to a representative, I was not able to get an explanation of the purpose of these "buttons". The second thing is the timer alarm is not very loud. I cannot hear it if I'm not in the kitchen. My previous stove timer was much louder. The only other thing I would like to see happen is if Whirlpool could finally find a way for food that falls through the racks to not fall into the bottom storage drawer. Every stove I have ever had does this, this one included.

My wife says it is a 'left-handed' stove top because the lage and small eyes are in reverse to syoves she has previously used. Otherwise, it works fine and is an excellent 'basic' kitchen range.
