I do like the Fridge, the looks and the space inside. I do wish they had given it a larger drawer for the sliced meat and cheese, this one is not deep enough. Every thing else is good.

I needed to down size to save space.
I needed something with plenty of space inside and yet sleek and good looking that fit in with my new kitchen. It is perfect. The flat front and finish work great in my space.I plan to get the ice maker at a later date. The local Home Depot was right on point in helping me order and the delivery was smooth.

I bought this to replace an old Dutch-door refrigerator with bottom freezer. It always seemed too bulbous and overwhelmed my small city kitchen. This sleek Whirlpool is beautiful and the shiny black finish so modern and stays fingerprint-free. It is perfectly quiet at all times. And the interior is well-designed and spaciously laid out to accommodate beverages and foods of all kinds. I cook at least 5 days a week. So, having well-lit, sufficient space for my fresh foods & vegetables is important. I am so glad I purchased this refrigerator

We just recently got your replacement refrigerator and thank you. But unfortunately we live in a seasonal campground so we had to leave and go back to our other home in South Carolina. We only got to use the refrigerator for a couple of days and we won't be back up there until sometime in June of next year. Hopefully when we get back up here and turn the refrigerator on it will work fine. Until then we don't know anything about it.

Had fridge about 3 weeks now. Pretty quiet. Tons of storage in fridge part. Freezer I a little smaller. Got it in black and it is beautiful. Love the no handles. Lots of compliments. Would definately recommend.

Issue with Home Depot - Refrigerator Dropped

I purchased this refrigerator on June 24th from Home Depot. It was delivered in early July with the back frame of the refrigerator was dented and the wheel was 2 inches up into the unit. As a result the refrigerator would not run without adding shims to level it out - the delivery guy put the shims under it and blamed it on our unlevel cabin floor. We have spoken with Home Depot several times over the last 3 months and showed them pictures, but Home Depot says you need to contact them in the first 48 hours. Unfortunately this refrigerator was delivered to our cabin and we were unable to know of its damage until several weeks later. Home Depot first contacted Whirlpool directly and told us that Whirlpool will not replace our refrigerator with a new, undamaged one and only offered us a 10% discount. Home Depot also said that they actually do not touch the product in the delivery process so they are not responsible. We just want an undamaged refrigerator. Two weeks ago we met with Home Depot again to get this resolved and now their answer is to have it repaired through the Whirlpool warranty. An authorized Whirlpool appliance repairman came and told us that it is structurally damaged and it is very apparent that the refrigerator was dropped somewhere in the warehouse or delivery truck. At this time we have not heard an update. Can you please replace our new but damaged refrigerator with a new and undamaged one? Thank you for your help.

We've had out new Whirlpool refrigerator only for a few weeks, so I cannot yet speak about durability, reliability, etc. But we are very pleased with its appearance and current functionality. And we're trusting Whirlpool's reputation for the rest. We had to choose a refrigerator that could fit into a relatively small space, and this 18 cu. ft. model gave us the best storage capacity within moderate dimensions. We like the no-handle, slightly curved front look. Finger prints wipe easily from the smooth front. We like the arrangement of shelves and compartments inside better than most other refrigerators we looked at. In fact, we wanted this model so much that we were willing to wait six weeks for it (it was back ordered at the time) even though our old fridge was dying!

I bought this smaller fridge to replace a french door bottom freezer samsung. while I loved the Samsung it was like pulling teeth to get repairs being a foreign product. I thought this Whirlpool would be a great garage fridge and I could by another similar to my samsung. Upon getting the Whirlpool I found not only does it have adequate space but it saves us a ton in kitchen, not to mention lot cheaper to cool.

This basic refrigerator and freezer works exactly as designed. It is very nice looking too. We use it as a second frig in our home entertainment area. My only disappointment is the bottom rack of the frig door is not deep enough to hold wine or similar sized bottles. Soda/beer cans do fit. The finish on the front is smooth and glossy. I suspect it is going to be hard to keep it shiny and smudge free. The sides and top are textured. I would have preferred the textured finish on the front too. Nice quality unit.

Purchased the fridge about two weeks ago. LL is fine and I am happy with it. Some suggestions: Get rid of the sliding tray. If anything is on top of it you can't see in it. Also .over the controls to the side. The get in the way if you have to shift something to either side.
The unit as a whole is well made quiet and fits nicely into small space. Love the recessed handles and the very bright light.

not able to adjust the temp settings separately for the freezer and the refrigerator section. have tried the various options in the thermostat control panel. best i can do is around 0-5 in the freezer and about 32 in the fridge. if i choose a lower setting, i can get the fridge to the preferable 37-40, but the freezer moves up to 15 which is too high.
